Wer hören UND sehen will, muss dagegen meist über 400 Dollar hinlegen, und wem das noch nicht luxuriös genug ist, der bucht gleich auf der Webseite der Rolling Stones das Hotel mit und legt für das Package mit zwei Übernachtungen knapp 2000 Dollar hin.

Wenn es gekauft wird, haben die doch alles richtig gemacht. Als Künstler im eigentlichen Sinne kann man die Stones aber nicht mehr bezeichnen wie ich finde. Das sind Geschäftsleute, die versuchen, aus ihrem "Produkt" so viel Geld wie möglich zu machen. Irgendwie eine traurige Entwicklung bei der die Stones aber wahrlich nicht die Einzigen sind.[addsig]

Wollte schon längst pennen aber diese Meldung ist es wert: Neben Pearl Jam und diversen anderen populären Bands konnten die Rolling Stones nun auch Metallica als Opening Act gewinnen. Sie werden das Konzert der Stones in San Francisco eröffnen. Nicht schlecht sage ich da.

Heftig heftig...das Bands wie Pearl Jam und Metallica noch als Vorband spielen...mal abgesehe davon, dass vor 1-2 Jahren auch ACDC als Vorband gespielt hat. (nicht zu vergessen sind auch die Gunners, die waren ja auch mal Stones-Vorband...)

Es ist wohl gemeint, dass das keine Vorbands im herkömmlichen Sinne sind sondern Bands, die locker ihre eigenen Headliner-Tourneen vor ausverkauften Hallen spielen. Daher "Vorbands".

Das ist auch gar nicht unüblich auch wenn es in dieser geballten Sammlung an großen Bands wohl schon einmalig ist.

Die Chilli Peppers haben z.B. 2002 für U2 in Dublin und 2000 für Pearl Jam in Seattle eröffnet.[addsig]

es steht ja schon fest, dass Metallica die Stones in den USA supporten werden und es mehren sich die Gerüchte, dass dies auch in Deutschland der Fall sein könnte.

Folglich sollte man schonmal den Bausparvertrag kündigen, um rechtzeitig die 300€ für ein Ticket beisammen zu haben...

ne doofe frage und es ist ja alles recht und schön, aber wo steht bitteschön auf eventim.de das metallica mit den stones spielen werden???

da kann man sich nur für die stones eintragen und das wars dann auch und da steht nichts von metallica.
