2004 spielten mehrere Bands die drei Festivals. 2005 waren sie an unterschiedlichen Wochenenden und 2006 gab's kein Glasto.
Übrigens ist es vom Hurricane zum Glasto von der Strecke her um einiges kürzer, als die Strecke vom Hurricane zum Southside.

also für die briten an sich ist das sicherlich mal wieder ein schmankerl-lineup.
bei uns hätte keiner der bands head-status, aber so sind sie nunmal. kommen noch oasis, muse, franz ferdinand, the kooks dazu stellen die mal n richtiges indie festival auf die beine.

According to an article in the latest issue of Music Week, Bjork is to headline Glastonbury Festival's Other Stage on the Friday night.
Other information revealed by Martin Elbourne (the man who books the bands for Glastonbury's Pyramid, Other, and John Peel stages) is that the Arctic Monkey's are confirmed, and that Glastonbury turned down an approach from the Red Hot Chili Peppers even though they offered to perform for free.
Based on a recent conversation eFestivals had with Glastonbury organiser Michael Eavis, this decision isn't likely to be a snub to RHCP, but simply an issue of being unable to schedule such a big band into the line-up when all the top slots had already been filled. Michael Eavis has previously revealed that Justin Timberlake had to be turned away for this reason.

Arctics to headline Glastonbury
The Arctic Monkeys and Bjork are the first major acts to be confirmed for this year's Glastonbury music festival.
The Arctic Monkeys will headline the main Pyramid Stage during the event on Michael Eavis' Somerset farm in June.
"Most of the line-up's done now," Mr Eavis told BBC 6Music, adding that the "biggest band in the world" had also contacted him about performing.
But he denied it was U2 or Coldplay. "You won't know until after 1 April", when tickets go on sale, he said.
