Glastonbury Festival 2016 (UK)

Glastonbury Festival have confirmed to eFestivals the dates for next year will be the last weekend in June, that's from Wednesday 23rd to Sunday 27th June 2016. They have also clarified that "2018 is the next proposed fallow year at Worthy Farm." There is some ambiguity in that statement intentionally. It seems that organisers really do need to think about a 'new location'. They do have issues to address and one way of addressing them is to move site. It's not yet known whether 2018 will be a fallow year with no Festival, or the year the Festival moves to a new site, but organisers are more keen to get on with planning next year's event first.
