I'm from the Netherlands and going to visit this festival for the first year. Very excited about it. I already like the line-up till now. What are you guys thinking about Counting Crows on RaR this year. They play also on Isle Of Wight this year, and I see Mark Lieberg having them on tour in Germany this year.

I don't speak German, but I can read it .

I wouldn't count on them (pun intended). They're not particularly popular these days in Germany. Enjoy your first RaR.

I think they will play the hurricane festival and not Rock am Ring. But it`s only a feeling.

My to see list is big already, and realy exticed for some German acts like Die Toten Hosen, Deichkind, Kraftklub, Broilers which are almost not able to see in the Netherlands.

Mal eine Frage bzgl. Slipknot auf RaR... wie ist denen ihre Setlist jetzt seit dem neuen Album circa? Bzw. orientieren die sich immer an einem bestimmten Schema an Songs? Würde mich nämlich freuen, wenn die auch ihre ruhigen Lieder live performen (Snuff, Vermillion Pt. 2, Circle)

Oder meint ihr das ist eher unwahrscheinlich?

Die müssen aber nichts bedeuten, da Festivalsetlists ja gern mal anders sind als Toursetlists.

Das Knotfest ging zwei tage wo an jedem ne andere setlist gespielt wurde soweit ich weiß
