Poster gibt es ab jetzt schon wieder am Nürburgring im Info Center für lau. Fahre bald hin, mal gucken was man so bekommt.

Embrace have signed a new long-term recording deal with Independiente (the label behind the success of such artists as Travis, So Solid Crew and Paul Weller) with preliminary work already starting on the band’s debut album for the label.

Although no release dates have yet been set, the first result of the deal is expected to be a new single later this year. “I’ve been a big fan of the band for a long time, so I’m really excited at the prospect of working with Embrace,” says Andy Macdonald, Chairman of Independiente.

“They’re fine songwriters and a great live band, with all the ingredients to make incredible records for the label.”

The band - whose Fireworks singles collection is released by their former label Hut Recordings on Monday 25th March – will be playing a series of UK festival dates this summer. Prior to those shows, however, Embrace join Jarvis Cocker, Placebo and the Stereophonics playing 4 Scott, a special charity concert at London’s Scala on Thursday 18th April. All proceeds will be donated to Marie Curie Cancer Care.
