Winterschlaf? Was ist los?

frag ich mich zur Zeit. Während sich MLK und Scorpio mit Namen überbeiten, ist aus dem Ausland mal goar nix zu hören. Wir haben schon Mitte Januar. Letztes Jahr waren fast alle Festivals Anfang Dezember mit den ersten Namen draußen, wenn man mal zurückblättert. Selbst die Juli-Festivals hatten bis Anfang Januar schon ein Dutzend Namen draußen.

Download ist ein Rockfestival in England, das parallel am ersten Juni-WE stattfindet.

Letztes Jahr u.a. Cradle Of Filth, Damage Plan, Hatebreed, HIM, The Hives, Iggy Pop, Ill Niño, Korn, Life Of Agony, Linkin Park, Machine Head, Metallica, Monster Magnet, Slayer, Slipknot, Sum 41,...

T in the Park ist ein ziemlich geiles Festival, eher Richtung Southside der letzten Jahre. U.a. mit Badly Drawn Boy, Black Eyed Peas, The Chemical Brothers, Danko Jones, The Darkness, Faithless, Franz Ferdinand, Keane, Kings of Leon, The Libertines, Massive Attack, Muse, N.E.R.D., Pink, Pixies, PJ Harvey, The Strokes, David Bowie, Foo Fighters, Air, Doves, Dandy Warhols, Coldplay, Feeder, The Flaming Lips, The Polyphonic Spree, R.E.M., The Roots, Supergrass, Underworld, The Hives, No Doubt, Oasis, Sonic Youth, Tricky,... gewesen. Gefällt mir eigentlich jedes Jahr.
