Nee, ich hab mir die dvd nicht gekauft weil ich RaR aufgenommen hab. Somit haben die nichts an mir verdient.

Mich wunderts das die es trotz einer erfolgreichen gerade erschienenen dvd erlauben den Hurricane-Auftritt auf MTV zu senden, zumal der RaR-Auftriit auch inner Glotze zu sehen war.

Die Biographie ist auch nicht schlecht^^

Alexander Marcus wird an einem Heiligabend in Berlin geboren. Da seine Eltern sich kurz nach seiner Geburt scheiden lassen und seine Mutter zu wenig Zeit und Geld für ihn hat, um ihn vor den schädlichen Versuchungen des Großstadtlebens zu schützen, wächst Alexander bei seiner Großmutter auf dem Lande auf.


Sie ist es, die das wahre Talent des kleinen Alexanders – nämlich die Musik, die in ihm lebt – erkennt und ihn zur Teilnahme an der volkstümlichen Kindertanzgruppe, den "Edelweißchen", ermutigt. Unter der Leitung des Kirchenkantors Rolf Ludwigs werden die "Edelweißchen" zu wahren Kinderstars.

Als Alexander 18 ist, zieht er nach New York, um die weite Welt kennenzulernen. Er arbeitet im Waldorf Astoria und in der deutschen Bäckerei "Backstuberl". Anfang 2000 wohnt er für ein Jahr in Miami und bekommt einen Job als Tennislehrer. Zufällig unterrichtet er dort den Besitzer der legendären Criteria-Studios (Bee Gees, Eric Clapton, Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young).

Bald nimmt er dort seine ersten Demos auf, die bereits deutsche Schlagertexte mit amerikanischen Rhythmen verbinden. Anschließend kehrt er überraschend auf den Hof seiner Großmutter zurück, die im Sterben liegt, und pflegt sie die letzten drei Jahre. Seit 2005 ist Alexander Marcus wieder in Berlin, um die Musikrichtung "Electrolore" stetig weiterzuentwickeln.

Ich kenne bisher auch nur die Singles Cassius und Red Sock Pugie. Gefällt mir richtig gut.
Denke auch das die dieses Jahr groß rauskommen, da sie auf den englischen Radiostationen schon hoch und runter laufen.
Sie spielen dieses Jahr beim Hu/So im Zelt, vielleicht schon nächstes Jahr auf der Alterna beim RaR?! Mich würds freuen
