As part of the Spring Jazz Festival, in one of the oldest jazz clubs in Europe, legendary Prague´s Reduta, there will be presented the real tops of the international jazz scene.
During all May the top of the czech jazz scene performs together with the most talented musicians from around the world.The festival MASTERS OF JAZZ introduces you a premier New York trumpetist JEREMY PELT, an international trio of outstanding musicians SOULMATES , a leading Slovak jazzmen LUKÁŠ ORAVEC and RADOVAN TARIŠKA , award-winning South African pianist BOKANI DYER with his quintet or young rising star of the Polish music scene OCTAVIA KAWECKI and manyinteresting musicians in various formations.
You can enjoy the modern big band composed of leading Czech Jazz soloists under the direction of composer and pianist Milan Svoboda - PRAGUE BIG BANG You will see the saxophone battle of OSIAN ROBERTS and ONDŘEJ ŠTVERÁČEK; AFROPEAN PROJECT will take you into the sun rhythm.The festival ends with great American singer and actress SHAYNA STEELE, one of the winners of this year's Grammy Awards.
