Morgen werden die ersten Tourdates für das neue Album und alle Album Infos in der Kerrang! enthüllt. Hab aufm Flair kurz mit der Band geredet, kommt wohl im Februar.

Vorfreude

Edit:

"We are pleased to finally be able to announce details of our fourth studio album today, along with a heap of European and UK tour for early 2015.

‘THE MINDSWEEP’ will be released in the UK on Monday 19th January 2015 (there’ll be slight variations on that worldwide. Day earlier here, a day later there… you know the score with your own territory) via Ambush Reality / Play It Again Sam (and via our friends at Hopeless Records for North America).
The album was once again recorded with Dan Weller, and this time mixed by Jeremy Wheatley.

Here’s what Rou Reynolds had to say about the album for the press release ;
“We pushed ourselves vocally with some of the rawest angriest vocals we’ve ever done as well as some of the most dulcet and delicate. It’s even more diverse than normal as we’ve built more confidence and fearlessness to widen our influences further. Melody and aggression will always be an important side of what we do, but with this album there was also a concerted effort to concentrate on texture too. Alongside the core of our guitar, bass, drums, electronics set-up, there’s so much new instrumentation and orchestration. Writing for and recording woodwind, brass and strings was so rewarding and really felt like it brought a new dimension to the music.
Just can’t wait to play these songs live now!”

And here’s what Mr Plug, chief whip-cracker at our Japanese label Hostess Entertainment Unlimited, had to say when he first heard it ;
“Fuck’s sake – it`s a double-barrelled, double-battery, double-fisted spacehopper!”

Schon starkes Ding. Macht Lust auf mehr.

Vom Stil her schon vergleichbar mit den bisherigen Alben (Also beides) - was mir zusagt
