Camping on Tuesday the 3rd

I read that the camping grounds officially open on Wednesday at 12:00.

But since I'm arriving on Tuesday I would like to enter the camp on that day. Is this possible?

Yes it is possible. The first camping sites open in Tuesday at 12:00 due to an official order.
But you'll have to pay 30 € per car if you arrive on Tuesday (because of the higher costs).

If you arrive without a car you can enter without any charge. In the last 3 years the 30€ where only for the parkingspot

One more question, I will be arriving in Nurburg at around 9PM. Is there any time limit for entering the camping grounds, meaning will this be too late?

I think there is no time limit, so you can enter the camping ground whenever you want, since they are already open.

Just to let you know, rules changed this year.
You do not pay 30 euros per car anymore, now it is 15 euros per person.
